Era il quarto impegno della settimana per la duchessa di Cambridge che dopo le visite formali dei giorni scorsi ha partecipato ad una giornata di addestramento scout nel campo Great Tower di Newby Bridge, Cumbria.

Nella giornata con gli scout, Kate ha partecipato a diverse attività come accendere un fuoco o preparare dei dolci a base di farina, acqua e zucchero da cuocere sul campo. La Duchessa ha una vera passione per il volontariato con i ragazzi scout e ha spesso partecipato ad incontri nella base gallese nei pressi della casa di Anglesey dove lei e William hanno abitato sin dopo le nozze.
During tha day with the scouts, Kate has participated in various activities such as light a camp fire or make cakes  ​​with flour, water and sugar to be cooked in the field. The Duchess has a passion for volunteering with the boy scouts and has often attended meetings in Welsh base near the house of Anglesey where she and William lived until after the wedding.
