Come da programma oggi William e Kate hanno lasciato il loro George nella casa di Sydney e si sono recati ad ammirare una delle meraviglie naturalistiche del continente australiano: le Blue Mountains.
As planned today William and Kate left their George in their Sydney House and went to see one of the natural wonders of the Australian continent: the Blue Mountains.
Una visita piuttosto attesa da Kate che ha commentato l'arrivo in questo luogo suggestivo dicendo che "E' davvero incredibile trovarsi finalmente qui!" Kate infatti è al suo primo viaggio in Australia e da mesi si sapeva che la duchessa,amante dei viaggi e della natura, era davvero felicissima all'idea di scoprire questo paese.

Questo luogo è anche ahimé tristemente famoso per gli incendi che purtroppo si sviluppano spesso durante la stagione calda. Proprio l'anno scorso un grave incendio ha devastato la zona e William e Kate oggi hanno parlato con alcune famiglie colpite da questa tragedia e coi vigili del fuoco del posto.
This place is also unfortunately notorious for fires which unfortunately often develop during the warm season. Just last year, a major fire devastated the area and today William and Kate talked with some families affected by this tragedy and with the fire department of the place.
La visita è seguita da un pranzo molto informale che i duchi hanno condiviso con le ragazze boyscout del luogo e da una passeggiata tra la folla in cui hanno conversato coi bambini intervenuti.
The visit is followed by a very informal lunch that the Dukes have shared with the girls scout of the place and a walkabout through the crowd where they conversed with the children.

Domani altra giornata piena per la coppia che assisterà al The Royal Easter Show presso il parco olimpico di Sydney. Nel pomeriggio visiteranno il Bear Cottage Children's Hospice e infine voleranno nella vicina Manly Beach dove assisteranno ad una dimostrazione di volontari del salvataggio in acqua.

Tomorrow another full day for the couple who will attend at The Royal Easter Show at Sydney Olympic Park. In the afternoon they will visit Bear Cottage Children's Hospice and then fly to the nearby Manly Beach where volunteers will attend a demonstration of the water rescue.
